About Rose's Staff

Gary Peskin

Owner

Gary@rosesagencyhomecare.com

Founder Gary Peskin applies his psychology degree and experience as a marriage and family therapist to his personal approach to building responsive and caring teams – in the office as well as in the homes of his senior clients. From his initial in-person (or FaceTime) meetings through day-to-day interaction, he intently listens to people’s needs, resolves problems, and communicates clearly. Outside of the office, Gary hikes the local mountains, swims in the ocean or enjoys a good meal. He also credits meditation for relaxation.

• Approved applicants are then selected to become part of our Rose Care University Program.

• Our Rose Care University Program includes Emergency Producers, Infection Control, Fall Prevention, Transfer Protocols, and Specialized Dietary Training.

• Qualified Caregivers then attend our Orientation on Rose's Agency Home Care Policies and Procedures.

• Caregivers are background checked through the Nationwide FBI and DOJ database.

• Finally, all of our employees are registered with the Department of Social Services as Home Care Aids
