COVID-19 Update: Learn How We’re Keeping Our Seniors Safe

Rose’s Agency Home Care is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our patients as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team is taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and following strict safety protocols that abide by CDC guidelines. In order to reduce the risk of exposure for ourselves and those we care for, we are:

  • We encourage ALL of our caregivers to get the COVID-19 vaccination

  • Practicing regular hand washing and sanitization efforts

  • Enforcing the use of masks and gloves by all caregivers

  • Providing weekly guidance to our team on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Testing our team members for COVID-19 and taking temperatures as often as possible

Thanks to our strict safety protocols, we are proud to state that 100% of our staff and clients have tested negative for COVID-19. Our team always practices excellent hygiene standards and helps patients create a virus-free home environment that reduces the risk of infection.

To help our patients through this difficult time, we are stepping to provide support in areas where it is most needed. Some ways in which we are doing so include:

  • Emphasizing hand-washing and sanitizing: Our caregivers work with patients to establish routines and reminders that create a sanitary living environment. We show patients how to effectively wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, and disinfect their homes to reduce the risk of exposure.

  • Stocking up on essentials: To reduce exposure to COVID-19 and limit unnecessary trips, we make sure patients are well-stocked on their prescriptions, groceries, and essential household items.

  • Providing company and communication: Our caregivers provide routine visits that help patients socialize and engage with others during this difficult time. We also help them discover new ways to communicate with loved ones who may not be able to visit them right now.

  • Ensuring healthy routines: One of the best ways to reduce patient stress is by ensuring they’re sticking to healthy routines. Our caregiving team aids patients establish healthy eating habits, regular exercise routes, and good sleeping patterns. We help people take care of their bodies and guide them through breathing, stretching, and meditation exercises.
